Aerobics ages 16 & up FALL 2018
This class is a variety of fun workouts ranging from kickboxing, cardio and toning circuits, to pilates. Each week will be different enduring total body conditioning and lots of fun! Sara Fifia will be the instructor for this 8 week class on Wednesday nights.
